WORTH THE INVESTEMENT
"As a professional athlete my paycheck depends on my ability to perform I gave Multi V a try just to see if it was worth it and now unfortunately/fortunately I’m never going back"
I've been taking MultiV all year & the only time I got sick was the month I ran out."
PREMIUM IMMUNE PROTECTION
STAY HEALTHY. MISS FEWER DAYS. HIT MORE TARGETS.
Endurance nutrition often focuses on the bioavailability of carbs, nutrients, and electrolytes, but none of that matters if the athlete isn’t available to compete – and the harder you train, the more taxed your immune system is. MultiV 2.0 contains a new, extremely potent dose of highly refined yeast beta glucan, which reinforces the immune system. Less risk of upper respiratory tract symptoms commonly associated with training and racing. Less risk during constant exposure while traveling to events.

MultiV is engineered to help you utilize the high amount of carbs you need during training and racing without GI distress.
MultiV now contains ChromeMax®, a patented chromium complex that's been shown in clinical studies to help burn body fat while maintaining lean muscle.
When iron levels are low, less oxygen is delivered to working muscles and aerobic capacity declines significantly.
A GIANT LEAP IN ANTIOXIDANT PROTECTION
REDUCES MUSCLE DAMAGE AND IMPROVES RECOVERY.
Free radicals are the unavoidable byproduct of exercise, and the more you exercise, the more your body produces. They’re also tangible in the worst way, manifesting as the cell-damaging muscle soreness and discomfort that follows a workout – and impedes performance while trying to stack consecutive days of training or racing.
To neutralize free radicals in athlete’s bodies, the new MultiV formula includes Spectra®, a proprietary extract that provides the balanced, full-spectrum antioxidant protection needed for peak performance. Spectra® is a blended suite of food antioxidants, so it helps reduce the fallout of exercise without negatively impacting recovery and training adaptation, which is a risk with high doses of single antioxidants.

Q&A
Q: How should I take MultiV?
A: Always (always!) with a meal to aid absorption and digestion.
Q: Should I take MultiV every day?
A: Yes, for maximum benefits you should take MultiV every single day of the year. Doing so helps ensure you keep a steady intake of vitamins and minerals that fills micronutrient gaps that are commonly associated with endurance training and that can negatively impact general health and exercise performance.
Q: I weigh 125 lbs. Should I still take three tablets?
A: It may take longer to replenish your status of any missing vitamins or minerals if you take fewer than three MultiV tablets per day. The ingredients in MultiV are dosed and portioned according to effective amounts in clinical research; taking a lower dosage will limit those effects.
Increase in Time to Exhaustion
Increase Anaerobic threshold
Improved exercise capacity
Increase Maximal Oxygen uptake
30% – 50% increase in Oxygen Utilization
Increase ratio of ATP by 45% – 55%
Enhanced Endurance
Increase in ATP production
Q: Do I need to take all three tablets together or can I split it up?
A: It doesn’t matter if you have a full serving all at once or if you break it up throughout the day. In fact, taking the tablets individually with separate meals is optimal; however, taking them all at once eliminates those “oops” days where you forget a dose.
Q: Is there an exercise-performance or energy-boost benefit to taking MulitV before training/racing?
A: No. The trick is to take MultiV daily, as consistent use helps maximize the throughput of energy pathways that feed muscular performance. Those pathways are not easy to boost from a single, acute intake of vitamin/mineral catalysts. It’s a tightly controlled network of pathways and micronutrient incorporation into your network is done slowly and carefully. This rationale also applies to the additional non-MVM ingredients.
Q: Is it better to take MultiV in the morning or at night?
A: While it doesn’t really matter when you take MultiV, taking MultiV in the morning means that your body is more active, speeding digestion and assimilation.
Q: Can I take MultiV and Optygen at the same time?
A: Yes! In fact, Optygen should work even better if you replenish any missing vitamins and minerals with MultiV. Adaptogens work with pathways in your body which are reliant on adequate status of most vitamins and minerals for normal function.
Q: If I take MultiV, should I also take HALO and Optygen?
A: All First Endurance products are engineered to work together as a complementary system. HALO, Optygen/OptygenHP, and MultiV are designed for daily use to maintain whole-body peak performance. Other products – PreRace, EFS/EFS-PRO, Liquid Shot, and Ultragen – are designed for periodic use before, during, or after exercise. Piqued your interest? Q: Is MultiV vegan friendly?
A: Yes.
Q: Why does MultiV contain non-traditional MVM nutrients likeGinkgo biloba extract, green tea, beta-glucan, antioxidant blend, boron, vitamin K2 MK7?
A: MultiV is an endurance athlete’s multi, not a bottle of cartoon character gummies. Human clinical studies support those non-traditional ingredients as specifically addressing certain needs of athletes that other multis ignore. Those include improvements to oxygen capacity, exercise performance, cardiovascular performance, fat oxidation, antioxidant capacity, hormonal support, and immune support. Those additional ingredients are also at their best when high-potency MVMs keep metabolic pathways replete.
Q: How long does it take to start noticing the benefits of MultV?
A: If you’re deficient in an essential vitamin or mineral like iron? A few days. The more general benefits improve over several weeks. The real test is the regressive depletion you’ll hit when you stop taking MultiV, depending on your body’s unique disposition.
Q: Why did you use a different folate instead of folic acid?
A: We’re glad you asked! There are several good reasons for folate that are being ignored by most multis. Folic acid itself is inactive, not made by human bodies, and not found in foods. The folate we use (MTHF or 5-MethylTetraHydroFolate) is the most critical form of folate in all living cells, and folic acid needs to be converted to MTHF during digestion for your body to use it. Normally, this process is adequate, but a majority of humans have one or more genetic variations that slow that conversion. These people get less efficacy from folic acid but have normal folate function when using MTHF in foods and supplements. Also, excess folic acid (called unmetabolized folate or UMF) accumulates in humans and interferes with folate functions, resulting in functional folate deficiencies, which can meddle with gene expression control (needed for training adaptations and responses to exercise), causing decreased long-term health. Taking too much folic acid can reduce effective folate levels? That’s 100% DV of irony.
Q: Compared to the previous MultiV, why did biotin increase 100% DV to 1,000% DV?
A: Actually, the amount of biotin per serving is exactly the same as previous MultiV – 300mcg. The change is only in the percentage, and it resulted from US government committees drastically lowering the DV of biotin from 300mcg to 30mcg. The new value reflects an average daily intake, not necessarily a daily need. This makes general biotin intakes look much better – now most people are around 100% Daily Value from their diets, instead of 30% or less. The regulatory thinking is there’s no change in overall health with the decreased DV. We disagree. We chose to continue with 300mcg biotin to maximize biotin function, especially in persons with common genetic variations that reduce biotin-dependent gene expression and particular metabolic pathways. This is an easily rectifiable impediment to health and performance, so we’re opting to maintain the previous levels. But there is good news: Your competition may be taking a multi that lowered its biotin to the recommended DV.
Q: Is MultiV gluten-free?
A: Yes.
